Request a full refund within 30 days of a lifetime purchase or lifetime upgrade, provided no more than 50% of the corresponding plan allowance has been used.
Request a full refund within 5 days of each monthly charge, including the first payment, renewals and subscription upgrades, provided no more than 50% of the corresponding plan allowance has been used.
These voluntary refund conditions do not limit your statutory rights.
Cancel in Manage billing to stop the next renewal. Paid checks remain available until the end of the paid period; any lifetime plan remains active. A refund does not cancel your subscription.
A check follows one watch.
Your checking schedule determines how quickly the monthly allowance is used. Browser rendering does not have a separate paid-plan surcharge. Source compatibility, safe browser admission and domain limits still apply.
Plan changes do not reset checks already used in the current cycle. Subscription tier changes apply at the next renewal; lifetime upgrades charge the price difference. Payment status and the paid period determine the allowance available in your workspace.

Before you choose
Can I combine lifetime and monthly checks?
Yes. One lifetime base and one paid monthly subscription add together. You can also buy a monthly subscription without a lifetime license. The Free 30 allowance is replaced by paid checks, rather than added to them.
When do checks reset?
Free accounts receive 30 checks on the UTC calendar month. Each paid plan receives its full monthly allowance from purchase and refreshes monthly from that date. If you buy plans on different dates, their refresh dates can differ. Unused checks do not roll over.
How does the first paid month work?
New lifetime and monthly purchases start with the full allowance shown here, with no initial proration. Checks refresh monthly from each purchase date. Only subscriptions charge again each month. Existing funded legacy workspaces keep their calendar-month schedule and first-period proration, as shown in their billing screen.
What happens when I change or cancel my subscription?
Monthly tier changes take effect at the next paid renewal, without an immediate prorated charge or usage reset. Changing a plan with a scheduled cancellation resumes its renewal. Cancel in Manage billing to stop the next renewal. Paid checks remain available until the end of the paid period; any lifetime plan remains active. A refund does not cancel your subscription.
How do lifetime upgrades work?
A lifetime upgrade replaces your existing base plan and charges the catalog price difference, plus any applicable VAT. The higher allowance applies after verified payment, keeping your original refresh date and checks already used. Lifetime plans do not stack.
Are active watches or browser checks capped by my plan?
There is no plan limit on active watches and no separate surcharge for browser rendering. Your schedule uses the same monthly check allowance. A page must still be compatible with the supported monitoring workflow.
