Where it earns its place

Turn another check
into a useful observation.

01

Submission deadline changes

Watch a known notice and surface a changed deadline so the team can verify the notice and reassess its submission plan.

02

Tender status changes

Receive a signal when the published status changes and route the notice to the person responsible for bid decisions.

03

Notice amendments

Track published budget, amendment date, authority, or CPV fields where the public page exposes them as supported values.

A practical place to start

Small shortlist.
Clear purpose.

  1. Select known notices

Add the public tender URLs your team is already following instead of relying on a search across a procurement portal.

  2. Validate the notice fields

Confirm that the public page exposes the deadline, status, authority, CPV, amendment, or budget fields you need.

  3. Send the change to bid owners

Schedule checks and deliver a dated event so the team can open the notice and verify the next action.

The right expectations

Known public notice pages

The workflow needs a compatible public HTML page and supported fields. It does not discover all new tenders, analyse attachments or PDFs, or create deadline reminders such as three days before submission.

A valid tender observation needs a readable title; a published budget is optional.

A closer look

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can it search a portal for every new tender?

No. Configure the specific public notice URLs already known to the team. New-notice discovery is outside this use case.

Does it read tender PDFs or attachments?

No. It relies on supported fields exposed by the monitored public page; arbitrary text and PDF analysis are outside the current workflow.

Can it remind us three days before the deadline?

The current signal is a change to a monitored field, such as the deadline. It is not a calendar-style countdown reminder.
